Tinh Loi Garment Company Limited is in need of recruiting 2,000 garment workers to work at two factories in Lai Vu Industrial Park and Nam Sach Industrial Park.

At this time, most businesses are stepping up production, meeting order progress and completing annual plans. The demand for labor recruitment is therefore high. However, the labor market is recording a situation where supply cannot meet demand, causing many businesses to have difficulty in recruiting.

Recruitment demand increased sharply

The end of the third quarter and the beginning of the fourth quarter of each year is the peak production and business period for enterprises. In many industrial parks in the city and neighboring provinces, the demand for labor recruitment is increasing significantly.

JCV Co., Ltd. in Trang Due Industrial Park currently has more than 1,000 workers working on artificial nail production lines serving the beauty industry. To meet the schedule for large orders at the end of the year, the company needs to add about 300 unskilled workers. The basic salary is nearly 6 million VND/month, with allowances of 1 - 2 million VND, seniority allowances, production bonuses, free meals and social insurance from the probationary period. However, after nearly a week of announcing the recruitment, the number of workers applying is quite small.

At VSIP Industrial Park, Maple Company Limited is recruiting about 600 more workers to serve year-end orders. Despite committing to a modern working environment, an average income of 8-20 million VND/month and full benefits, the recruitment results have not met expectations.

Similarly, Tinh Loi Garment Company Limited needs to recruit 2,000 garment workers to work at two factories in Lai Vu Industrial Park and Nam Sach Industrial Park. According to Mr. Pham Dinh Hoa, Chairman of the company's Trade Union, the company regularly recruits new employees with many attractive policies such as: special bonuses for highly skilled workers; support for productivity, gasoline, accommodation, allowances for women with young children... However, the labor supply still cannot meet the demand.

Mr. Ho Hai, Deputy Director of Hai Phong Employment Service Center, said that businesses are constantly in need of new recruitment and additional labor, especially in the last months of the year, this demand is increasing. In particular, businesses in the fields of garment, footwear, electronic components, etc. are in need of recruiting a large number of unskilled workers.

At the regular job fair in August 2025, 15 businesses registered to recruit nearly 4,000 workers. Some companies have high recruitment needs, such as: Regina Miracle International Vietnam Co., Ltd. needs up to 1,800 sewing and inspection workers, Jasan Vietnam needs 710 workers, Maple Company needs to add 600 workers... However, many businesses have not recruited enough to meet their needs.

Strengthening supply-demand connection through multiple channels

Despite the large and vibrant recruitment demand, the reality is that the labor market is still unable to meet it. Faced with this situation, many businesses are proactively diversifying recruitment channels to reach candidates.

At JCV Company Limited, in addition to participating in job fairs organized by the authorities, the company also posts recruitment through the official website and fanpage. Thanks to that, about 100 people come to submit their applications or interact online every day. Makalot Garment Company Limited also recruits through many channels, such as: social networks, websites, coordinating with schools, job fairs, distributing leaflets, posting notices at boarding houses, and going to remote areas to introduce jobs. “From now until the end of the year, the number of orders is very large. The company has more than 6,000 employees and needs to recruit more positions. Each employee when starting work will receive a bonus of 2 - 7 million VND, an average income of 9 - 15 million VND/month, and support for raising young children. These policies both attract workers and retain employees for a long time,” said Mr. Kevin Lee, Deputy General Director of Makalot Garment Company Limited Vietnam.

Currently, the City Employment Service Center is operating 4 reputable job information channels, including: website vieclamhaiphong.net, vieclamhaiduong.vn, fanpage " Hai Duong Jobs" and "Hai Phong Employment Service Center". In addition, the center also connects through other social networking sites, such as: zalo, youtube, tiktok. These platforms help workers easily access recruitment information and submit applications quickly, saving time and costs.

At the center's trading sessions, businesses post recruitment for a variety of positions, such as: sewing workers, plastic workers, electronic components, sales - marketing staff, technicians, handicraft workers, drivers, etc. Thereby, creating conditions for workers, including people with disabilities, to find jobs that suit their abilities and aspirations.

Mr. Ho Hai, Deputy Director of Hai Phong Employment Service Center, added that from now until the end of the year, the labor market will continue to be vibrant. Many fields tend to have higher recruitment, especially unskilled, seasonal and part-time workers to meet the production needs for Tet.

To meet the recruitment needs, connecting businesses and workers, in the coming time, the center will continue to expand connection forms such as online trading floors, online job fairs, and develop more social networking platforms. At the same time, strengthen coordination with schools to access young, high-quality labor sources.

From the beginning of the year to August 2025, the city organized nearly 50 job fairs, attracting more than 600 businesses to participate with a total recruitment demand of nearly 138,000 workers. However, the number of workers supplied only reached about 85,000, equivalent to 62% of the demand.
