Organize job fairs, job service centers

The Provincial Employment Service Center has just issued a plan to organize job fairs in the province in 2025.

According to the plan, in September, the whole province will organize 10 job fairs in the eastern communes of Dak Lak : Hoa Xuan, Hoa Hiep, Ea Ly, Son Hoa, Phu Hoa 2, Hoa My, Xuan Phuoc, Xuan Dai; in the west of Dak Lak, it will be organized in Cu Pong commune, Tan An ward; in October, it will be organized in Buon Ho ward.

Mr. Le Hai Ly, Director of the Provincial Employment Service Center, said: The job fairs aim to provide timely information on the labor market inside and outside the province, information on overseas employment programs under contracts for workers, contributing to the effective implementation of the work of connecting labor supply and demand in the locality. At the same time, creating opportunities for rural workers, especially young people, to access necessary and useful information on employment support policies. Creating favorable conditions for businesses and labor-using units to introduce and promote the image of the unit, information on labor recruitment needs, regimes, policies and requirements for each job position, ... approaching, exchanging and interviewing directly with workers to select quality human resources suitable for recruitment needs.

The job fairs are expected to attract thousands of workers and many businesses to participate.
