Accordingly, on September 12, the Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy issued a decision to prosecute and execute an arrest warrant to temporarily detain Tran Van Thanh (Director of the Central Highlands Regional Forensic Psychiatric Center) to investigate the crime of bribery, as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 354 of the Penal Code.

At the same time, the decision to prosecute the accused and order to prohibit leaving the place of residence for Tran Nhu Hai, Tran Duc Tuoi, Be Thi Hue and Nguyen Thi Ngoc (an expert of the Central Highlands Regional Forensic Psychiatric Center) to investigate the crime of taking advantage of position and power while performing official duties, as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 356 of the Penal Code.
On the same day, the Supreme People's Procuracy Investigation Agency executed search warrants at the workplace and residence of the above 5 defendants.
Previously, on August 15, the Supreme People's Procuracy's Investigation Agency received the case of Nguyen Trong Hiep "giving bribes", transferred by the Dak Lak Provincial People's Procuracy for investigation according to its authority.
