Progress of Xuan Que - Long Khanh road and Ring Road 1 is slow due to passive investors

The Ring Road 1 project is over 4.2km long, passing through 3 wards: Binh Loc, Xuan Lap, Long Khanh. The starting point of the project intersects with National Highway 1 (right at Suoi Tre gas station), the end point intersects with National Highway 1 at Km1818+600.

The Ring Road 1 road surface is 14m wide, the sidewalks on each side are 6m wide, and the trees in the middle are 19m wide. The project has a total investment of more than 1,300 billion VND. To date, the disbursement has reached 31.25% of the 2025 plan. The project has 5 bidding packages, including: 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and is achieving a total progress of about 40%. By the end of October 2025, it is expected to reach about 60%. In the coming time, the construction unit will increase labor, machinery, equipment, materials, etc. to ensure the set progress.

The Xuan Que - Long Khanh road project has a total length of more than 7.6km. The starting point of the route is adjacent to Huong Lo 10 (DT.773) in Xuan Duong commune, the end of the route intersects with Xuan Tan street, Hang Gon ward. The road has a hot asphalt concrete structure with a width of 9m, a road surface of 7m, reinforced shoulders on each side of 0.5m and dirt shoulders on each side of 1m wide.

The project has 4 main construction packages, including: Package No. 11 (road, drainage) progress is about 20%; Package No. 14 (road, drainage) progress is 33%; Package No. 17 (road, drainage) progress is 27% and Package No. 20 (bridges No. 1, 2, 3 progress is about 33%.

The project still has about 1.4 hectares of land belonging to 6 households that have not yet been handed over. Therefore, the Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board and the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dong Nai province will soon have a plan to handle and resolve the issue. In addition, the project still has more than 334,800m3 of land ^left , which can be used for leveling, serving construction works, people's lives and market needs.

At the survey of Xuan Que - Long Khanh route and Ring Road 1, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha emphasized: The progress of the implementation of the two projects is still slow, mainly due to the lack of coordination, in which the investor's responsibility is the main one.

The provincial leaders also requested that a compensation plan be developed by next week at the latest. After completing the above content, relevant units and localities must immediately establish mobilization teams and get to work. In particular, the construction side must actively deploy "3 shifts, 4 teams" to soon complete these 2 projects as required.
