Ministry of Home Affairs prioritizes attracting talent in 2 fields, 6 job positions
According to the Decision, the Ministry of Home Affairs identifies two key areas to prioritize attracting and employing talented people of the Ministry in the period of 2025 - 2030, including: Building institutions for sectors and fields under the state management of the Ministry; developing science , technology, innovation, digital transformation, data management and information technology application.
These are key areas that play a direct role in improving the effectiveness of state governance, modernizing the administrative system, and promoting the national digital transformation process.
The Ministry of Home Affairs also approved 6 priority job positions to attract and employ talented people, including: Organizational structure; human resource management; administrative boundaries; labor and wages; law; information technology.
These positions are important in performing the state management function of the Ministry of Home Affairs, and at the same time have a direct impact on the administrative reform process, organizational arrangement, staff streamlining and building a modern and synchronous policy system.
To effectively implement the Decision, the Ministry of Home Affairs assigns the Department of Personnel Organization to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to guide, urge and inspect the implementation of policies to attract and promote talents in the identified fields and positions. At the same time, it will annually review, evaluate and promptly propose adjustments to the list of priority fields and positions to suit the practical requirements and development orientation of the Ministry.
Heads of units under and directly under the Ministry of Home Affairs are responsible for, based on the list of priority fields and job positions, proactively proposing plans to recruit, arrange and use talented people, ensuring compliance with the Ministry's legal regulations and policies.
According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, as the country enters a new stage of development, the requirements for the civil service are increasingly high. The team of cadres, civil servants and public employees must have both deep professional qualifications and the ability to apply technology, while also understanding institutions and laws and having strong political will.
Decision No. 983/QD-BNV is an important document, specifying Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP on policies to attract and employ talented people to work in agencies, organizations, and units of the Party, State, Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, and at the same time associated with the National Strategy on attracting and employing talented people to 2030, with a vision to 2050 .
By clearly identifying priority areas and positions, the Ministry of Home Affairs affirms its determination to build a team of cadres, civil servants and public employees with qualities, capacity and prestige, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period, contributing to promoting administrative reform, digital transformation and developing a strong political system.
