In recent times, Tay Ninh province has focused on implementing digital transformation in natural resources and environmental management, achieving many positive results, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management, towards building a modern and transparent administration.

According to information from the Department of Agriculture and Environment, regarding digital government, up to now, 100% of administrative procedures in the environmental sector have been provided in the form of online public services. All components of the dossier and settlement results have been digitized, stored and monitored through the province's Electronic One-Stop System. 100% of the results of administrative procedure settlement are digitally signed in accordance with regulations, fully publicized and transparent.

In particular, all received records are tracked for processing status online, making it easy for people and businesses to look up. In addition, the rate of online payment for fees and charges in the fields of agriculture and environment is constantly increasing, affirming an important step forward in administrative reform.

Regarding digital data, the province operates the Agricultural and Environmental Database System, effectively serving management and operation work and improving the ability to share data between levels and sectors. Shared software such as the provincial electronic information portal, document management software, work schedule, public service portal, electronic treasury, social insurance, electronic tax, etc. continue to be effective, creating convenience in the operation process.

In 2024, the province will complete the upgrading and construction of the agricultural sector database, fully integrate administrative procedures with the electronic One-Stop System, forming a connected process from receiving - processing - storing - returning results - updating to the common data warehouse.

In 2025, Tay Ninh will continue to upgrade the public information system on water resources and the environment, serving the updating and exploitation of databases on water resources and minerals.
