This year's Program for Assessing and Announcing Sustainable Enterprises in Vietnam 2023 (CSI 2023) has more than 500 businesses interested in registering, the number of businesses evaluated through the preliminary round is 159 businesses. Overcoming many strict evaluation criteria, SeABank is honored to be in the Top 100 Sustainable Enterprises in Vietnam. This is the 6th time the Bank has been honored with this prestigious award. The CSI 100 program is organized in coordination between VCCI, the Central Economic Committee, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA), the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL).
This year, the program was assessed by the expert council as a comprehensive reform in terms of structure, clarity, accessibility, and quantification of many production and business activities from enterprises. CSI 2023 is divided into 7 parts, instead of 3 parts in the old version and includes 130 indicators with 63% being compliance indicators, 37% being advanced indicators. More specifically, the CSI 2023 Index integrates quantitative indicators to serve the purpose of assessing the sustainable development implementation process of enterprises over the 3-year period from 2020 - 2022 in the fields of economy , society, and environment.

This year, the race was held online with nearly 10,000 athletes participating, more than 2.1 million km recorded throughout the three stages of the race. Through the race, SeABank brings running enthusiasts together to raise funds and plant 25,000 new black star trees in Dak Lak. At the same time, 10 students continue to pursue their dreams of knowledge with a lifetime high school scholarship worth nearly 1 billion VND from SeABank's Dream Nurturing Scholarship Fund.
Along with that, in December 2023, SeABank continued to donate 500 million VND to the Bright Tomorrow Cancer Patient Support Fund with the desire to add motivation to help poor patients overcome their illness, continue to believe and hope for a brighter tomorrow. The amount of money to support poor patients is annually deducted by SeABank from transaction fees for payment of goods and services of SeALady Visa/SeALady MasterCard cardholders since 2019. For each transaction, the Bank will deduct 2,000 VND to support female patients with breast cancer, cervical cancer, thyroid cancer, etc. The total amount of money SeABank has donated to the Bright Tomorrow Fund is nearly 3 billion VND.
In addition, SeABank focuses on community development through practical contributions to community organizations nationwide. In 2023, the Bank implemented many meaningful social security activities with a total cost of nearly 39 billion VND, including many meaningful activities such as: supporting the cost of building charity houses for the poor in Ha Tinh, Dien Bien and Nghe An with a total value of 35 billion VND; implementing annual social charity activities such as Spring of Love, SeABankers for Children, SeABank for Green Life nationwide with many diverse activities to support poor children, orphans, students, patients, lonely elderly people as well as cleaning the environment, planting trees, donating blood...
