Improve management effectiveness and efficiency

In Binh Ca commune, the use of digital signatures has become a routine, becoming an indispensable part of the direction and management work. Comrade Luu Thi Lan Huong, Chairman of Binh Ca Commune People's Committee, said: "After the merger, the commune's area is larger, the volume of documents has increased significantly. Thanks to digital signatures, we process work faster and more flexibly. Documents are signed, transferred and issued entirely online, saving a lot of time and costs."

Commune professionals also appreciate the convenience that digital signatures bring. The process of signing, submitting to leaders, and issuing documents is no longer dependent on time and geographical location. In many cases, commune leaders can sign and approve documents remotely, ensuring that the progress of processing people's records is not interrupted.

The application of digital signatures in Binh Ca commune also contributes to the transparency of administrative procedures. Each step of document processing is recorded and stored in the system, enhancing the responsibility of officials and civil servants when participating in document processing.

In addition, many remote communes, which were once considered difficult to implement digital transformation, are now adapting quickly and proactively to digital transformation requirements, including the use of digital signatures in public service operations.

In Ho Thau commune, a difficult area with complex terrain, there are still 6 villages in the mobile signal depression area. Comrade Hoang Xuan Hoa, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee shared: "Once I was in a remote village and received a message that I urgently needed to sign a document. Because I was in a signal depression area, I had to move to a place with an internet connection to turn on the computer, sign and send it. However, the whole process only took a very short time, while previously the documents would have had to wait until the next day. Thanks to digital signatures, we still save many working hours every day; documents connected to the provincial level are quickly completed, and work is handled promptly."

Synchronize digital signature application

According to the report of the Department of Science and Technology, up to now, 100% of provincial departments, branches and sectors have been instructed, completed their dossiers and issued new or changed digital certificate information, and deployed the use of digital signatures for public service in accordance with regulations. For the commune level, after reviewing, 100% of the People's Committees of communes and wards have sent dossiers requesting the issuance of digital signatures to officials at the Public Administration Service Center, serving the digitization of administrative procedure records, ensuring synchronous implementation at agencies and units.

The use of digital signatures has changed the traditional working method, helping to raise the sense of responsibility, discipline, and administrative discipline among cadres and civil servants. All operations are performed on the Document Management and Operation software system, electronic documents are easy to check and monitor. At the same time, the work processing process is shortened, saving administrative costs, ensuring quick and effective service for people and businesses.
