However, to meet the Prime Minister 's direction on completing the project by December 19, 2025, construction units need to continue to make efforts and propose additional technical solutions to shorten the implementation time.

Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ngo Cong Thuc requested State management units and investors to coordinate closely to ensure that materials are supplied in a timely, sufficient and transparent manner. Not only stopping at overtime, units need to focus on proposing and applying innovative technical solutions to shorten construction time, but still meet the requirements of quality and safety of the project.

In particular, comrade Ngo Cong Thuc requested contractors, investors and specialized departments to clearly identify specific technical solutions, prioritize research on changing materials, and improve road surface structures to suit actual conditions to optimize progress.

This process requires discussion and consensus among stakeholders and proactive consultation with the Ministry of Construction on major proposed changes, ensuring that any adjustments do not negatively affect the quality, progress, or budget of the project.

Relevant units are requested to seriously implement, coordinate synchronously, and take actual results as a measure of responsibility and work efficiency.

Up to now, the total progress of the implementation of the 4 main construction packages has reached 57.87% (exceeding about 0.02%) compared to the contract value. Corresponding to the estimated implementation output value of about 4,855 billion VND/8,391 billion VND.

On this occasion, working group No. 4 inspected key projects in An Giang province, including: Provincial Road 941 Project (extension section) in Binh Duc ward and Provincial Road 941 Upgrade and Expansion Project (section from Bridge 16 to the intersection between 3 Thang 2 Street and Hung Vuong Street, Tri Ton commune).

Regarding the provincial road 941 project (extension section), Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ngo Cong Thuc said that site clearance is the key factor to speed up construction progress and capital disbursement. Therefore, drastic solutions are needed to carry out this work.

Regarding the route from Bridge 16 to Tri Ton Market under the Project to upgrade and expand Provincial Road 941 (the section from Bridge 16 to the intersection between 3 Thang 2 Street and Hung Vuong Street), although the length is not large, this is an important end point of the project, contributing to the urban beautification of Tri Ton Commune and disbursing investment capital for the locality this year. He emphasized the significance of the project as a mark to welcome the Provincial Party Congress, so the local government of Tri Ton Commune should focus on clearing the land as soon as possible.
