Launching the National Creative Startup Talent Search Contest 2025

This is a key activity within the framework of the National Innovation and Startup Festival - TECHFEST Vietnam.

With the theme “Green Growth and Digital Transformation - Innovation for a Sustainable Vietnam”, the competition aims to find, support and honor Vietnamese startups domestically and internationally.

At the same time, expand opportunities for access to capital, consulting, specialized training and connection with an international investor network.

This year's competition focuses on ESG (environmental - social - governance) and social impact, promoting innovation associated with sustainable development.

With a total prize and support value of up to 50,000 USD, the champion will represent Vietnam to attend the Startup World Cup in the US. In addition, the top 100 projects/startups will participate in a practical training program to improve their competitiveness.

In addition, projects have the opportunity to connect domestically to globally with the support of 3 co-organizers and many leading investment funds from more than 30 countries.

The condition for participation is that startups and projects must have innovative products, services or technologies that have been developed to the prototype stage.

According to the Organizing Committee, this year's evaluation criteria focus on social impact, green transformation and digital innovation, in addition to traditional factors such as creativity, market demand, business plan or competitive advantage.

Solutions in the fields of renewable energy, circular economy , sustainable agriculture, digital technology applications (AI, Blockchain, IoT, Big Data, etc.) to contribute to the implementation of sustainable development goals, solve specific socio-economic problems, have clear and measurable impacts; at the same time, demonstrate a long-term vision of green transformation or digitalization, possessing outstanding competitive advantages.

The application period is from August 29 to October 12, 2025. After the online screening and semi-final rounds, the 10 best projects will compete in the national final round, scheduled for November 2025 in Hanoi .
