The “Accounting Symphony” event is the prelude to a new journey of knowledge, where each new student begins to write the music of youth at UEB.
On September 7, 2025, at Nguyen Van Dao Hall - Hanoi National University, the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing, University of Economics - Hanoi National University solemnly organized the Welcome Program for new students of Course QH-2025-E (K70) with the theme: "Accounting Symphony - Harmony K70".

The ceremony was attended by strategic partners who have been with the Faculty for many years, including: Ms. Bui Hong Nhung - Education Partner Development Manager, ICAEW Vietnam; Ms. Ha Thanh Lua - Director of MISA Hanoi Office; Ms. Tran Thi Van Anh - Director of ACTAX Consulting and Youth Resource Supply Joint Stock Company; Ms. Le Thi Thanh Ngoc - Deputy General Director of Phenikaa School Education System. Also attending were representatives of parents, alumni, the Faculty's Board of Directors, lecturers and all new students of K70, creating a solemn, cohesive and inspiring atmosphere.
Opening the program, vibrant performances with the song “Miracle” and the dance “My Vietnam” aroused pride and youthful spirit, bringing participants into the energetic “music” of the opening.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Thi Hong Thuy - Head of the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing emphasized: “The theme 'Accounting Symphony - Harmony K70' means that each student is a separate musical note, when they come together, they will create a brilliant symphony of youth. Accounting is not just dry numbers, but a connection of knowledge, creativity and team spirit. I believe that, with the fire of youthful enthusiasm, you will together write a beautiful piece of music for your university journey and future career.”

Ms. Thuy affirmed that the “Accounting Symphony” event is the prelude to a new journey of knowledge, where each new student begins to write their own youthful music under the roof of UEB.
The opening of the welcome ceremony was an introduction to the Faculty of Accounting - Auditing and the training program by the Head of the Faculty of Accounting - Auditing, Dr. Nguyen Thi Hong Thuy. Accordingly, Dr. Nguyen Thi Hong Thuy presented an overview of the history of formation, development orientation of the Faculty of Accounting - Auditing, the teaching staff, training programs and experiential training. In particular, she emphasized that the Faculty always accompanies students in accessing new knowledge, professional skills and practical experience from businesses, with many opportunities for international and domestic exchange with partners of the University of Economics, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
Continuing the program, Dr. Do Kieu Oanh - Head of the Department of Accounting shared the topic of communication culture and school behavior. She emphasized the importance of respect, positive communication in the learning environment, on social networks and in diverse situations, thereby helping K70 students build their character and civilized and integrated behavior style.
The highlight of the ceremony came from the inspiring sharing of strategic partners, bringing to K70 students not only congratulations, but also practical directions and commitments.
Representing international professional organizations, Ms. Bui Hong Nhung - Education Partnership Development Manager, ICAEW Vietnam - affirmed that ICAEW always believes in the power of connections between schools, businesses and professional organizations. She emphasized that approaching international standards right from the time they are in the classroom will help students build a solid professional foundation and confidently step into the global environment. ICAEW is committed to continuing to accompany the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing in training and fostering activities and bringing international standard learning opportunities to UEB students.
From the perspective of a technology enterprise, Ms. Ha Thanh Lua - Director of MISA Hanoi Office emphasized that in the digital age, accounting and auditing students not only need to be good at their profession but also need to be sensitive to technology, ready to adapt and innovate. She compared students to "young musicians", and for the symphony of knowledge of K70 to resonate far and wide, MISA will bring "digital instruments" - modern accounting and management software solutions - to support students in practicing and getting acquainted with digital tools right in the learning process. This is also MISA's long-term commitment to accompany the School in the journey of training high-quality human resources.
Ms. Tran Thi Van Anh - Director of ACTAX Consulting and Youth Resource Supply Joint Stock Company affirmed that each student is a unique musical note. When properly oriented and connected, they will blend into a powerful orchestra, leading the development of the industry in the future. ACTAX is committed to accompanying in creating internship and job opportunities, as well as career orientation, helping K70 students maximize their abilities and affirm their position in the labor market.
The heartfelt sharing from strategic partners not only gives new students more confidence, but also once again affirms the spirit of “Accounting Symphony – K70 Harmony”: when the School – Enterprise – Professional Organization are in harmony, it will certainly create a sustainable and inspiring symphony, bringing K70 students closer to success and international integration.
After the speech, exciting mini games attracted enthusiastic participation from K70 students, creating an exciting, youthful and cohesive atmosphere.

Also within the framework of the ceremony, Ms. Bui Hong Nhung - Education Partnership Development Manager, ICAEW Vietnam, on behalf of ICAEW, donated 20,000,000 VND to support the academic activities of the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing.
