National conference to disseminate and implement 04 resolutions of the Politburo

On the morning of September 16, General Secretary To Lam chaired the national in-person and online conference to disseminate and implement the four Politburo Resolutions on international integration, national energy security, breakthroughs in education and training development, and protection and care for people's health. At the Ca Mau provincial bridge, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai; Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Huynh Quoc Viet; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Thanh Ngai attended the conference.

The conference aims to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the 04 important Resolutions of the Politburo to the central committees, ministries, branches and provincial, municipal and central party committees; party committees, party organizations, agencies and organizations; cadres, party members and staff working in foreign affairs, energy, education and training, and health. Thereby, raising awareness, responsibility, political determination, self-awareness and exemplary spirit to effectively implement the 04 Resolutions of the Politburo in accordance with the functions, tasks and practical situation in localities, agencies and units.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh deployed the Resolution at the conference.

At the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh thoroughly grasped the topic: "The core content of Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW, dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthrough in education and training development and the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW".

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized: The implementation of the Resolution must focus on 06 key guiding viewpoints; in which, deeply and fully understanding and consistently implementing the viewpoint that education and training is the top national policy, deciding the future of the nation. Learners are the center, the subject of the education and training process; schools are the foundation, teachers are the driving force, deciding the quality of education and training. Implement the motto "teachers are teachers, students are students" in terms of ethics, personality, and knowledge. Education and training must ensure "learning goes hand in hand with practice", "theory is closely linked to practice", "school is closely linked to society".

Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long presented the topic: "The core content of Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW, dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health and the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW".

Comrade Le Hoai Trung, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, presented the main points of the topic: "The core content of Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Politburo on international integration in the new situation and the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW".

Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee Nguyen Thanh Nghi disseminated the topic: "The core content of Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW, dated August 20, 2025 of the Politburo on ensuring national energy security to 2030, with a vision to 2045 and the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW".

Speaking at the conference, General Secretary To Lam emphasized: These are Resolutions of strategic importance, creating a unified whole, a breakthrough spearhead to realize the hundred-year goal of "building a strong, prosperous, everlasting and sustainable Vietnam". The entire political system must realize and implement the contents of the Resolutions in the most urgent and drastic spirit.

General Secretary To Lam noted that implementing the contents of the Resolutions is the responsibility of every cadre and party member. Therefore, the entire political system is required to thoroughly and strictly implement the Resolutions according to 05 consistency (on politics, law, data, resource allocation, communication); 03 publicity (goals, progress, results); 03 early (perfecting institutions, launching key projects, allocating capital); 05 clarity (clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear time, clear results) in the soonest time.

General Secretary To Lam requested that each ministry, branch, locality, unit and cadre immediately start working on the content of the work with the spirit of "practice and words must go hand in hand, do not leave today's work for tomorrow". With the strength of the great national unity bloc, the intelligence and bravery of the cadres and party members, the aspirations of the young generation, the cooperation of the business community, and the creativity of all the people, each Resolution is implemented resolutely and synchronously, creating a strong trend to break through to achieve strategic goals, making the country increasingly rich and civilized, and the people increasingly happy.

Through the conference, General Secretary To Lam called on the entire political system, Party committees, authorities, Fatherland Front, organizations, business community, diplomats, intellectuals, teachers, doctors, workers, farmers, and youth nationwide to unite and join hands to carry out each person's specific work, each day achieving a specific result. Persistently, methodically, disciplinedly, and creatively, the spirit of the Resolutions will permeate all levels, all sectors, and all social components; to every ward, every commune, every village, every hamlet, every classroom, every workshop, every field, every medical facility, every house, every person; turning aspirations into actions, turning actions into results, turning results into new beliefs.
