The People's Committees of wards and communes are responsible for directing, inspecting and reminding the hanging of the national flag in residential areas. Heads of agencies and units are responsible for implementing and supervising the implementation within their management scope, ensuring compliance with regulations, solemnity and uniformity.
These days, many central streets of Hanoi such as Trang Tien, Le Duan, Phan Dinh Phung... have been decorated with colorful flags, billboards, and propaganda posters.
