Handing over the Chairmanship of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee to Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh

Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh, Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee, was assigned the position of Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term until the position of Chairman is completed.

On March 7, 2025, the Prime Minister signed and issued Decision No. 543/QD-TTg on assigning the authority of Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee, term 2021-2026.

The Prime Minister 's Decision assigns the position of Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term to Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee until the position of Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term is completed.

This Decision comes into force from the date of signing and promulgation.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh, born on December 12, 1972, hometown Thanh Duc commune, Go Dau district, Tay Ninh province; political theory qualification: Bachelor; professional qualification: Master of Economic Law, Bachelor of Law.

He held the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Head of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee before being elected Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee at the 12th Session (Special Session), Tay Ninh Provincial People's Council, term X, term 2021 - 2026, taking place on May 28, 2024.

Previously, on February 25, 2025, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 398/QD-TTg to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngoc, Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Justice.

Currently, the Standing Committee of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee includes Vice Chairmen: Duong Van Thang, Tran Van Chien and Nguyen Hong Thanh (standing).
