Pi Network Price Today 6/20/2025
The price of Pi on the OKX exchange on June 20, 2025 is fluctuating around the price range from 0.5257 USD to 0.5457 USD (equivalent to 13,730 VND to 14,240 VND). Thus, at the time of writing, the price of Pi on the OKX exchange decreased by 0.7% compared to yesterday, reaching 13,790 VND.
As the Pi Network community looks forward to major developments at the upcoming Pi2Day event (June 28), the Pi Core Team has introduced a new feature that allows users to synchronize their KYC status between two platforms: the PiApp mining application and the PiBrowser browser.
This feature is enabled via the “Sync Status on Mining App” button, allowing users to self-correct if the “KYC Passed” status is not displayed correctly on PiApp. After syncing, the account status will change to “Provisional Approval” until fully confirmed.
This is a positive move to reduce verification congestion and prepare for the next expansion steps of the Pi Network ecosystem.
PI price warning could drop to $0.40
However, while the community is optimistic about the big announcement, the PI token price is facing a lot of downward pressure. Data shows that Pi reserves on centralized exchanges (CEX) have increased by 30% in the past 3 months, from 263 million to 345 million coins, indicating that many people are preparing to sell.
Part of this flow comes from wallets associated with the Pi Foundation, raising suspicions that the development team may be withdrawing funds or redistributing internal holdings.
PI’s trading volume has dropped by 90%, from over $5.4 billion to under $500 million in just a few weeks. The severe drop in liquidity has left the price vulnerable, as even a small sell-off could send the market into a tailspin.
Some analysts like Dr. Altcoin predict that Pi price could fall to $0.40 if there are no breakthrough updates at the Pi2Day event. Although some investors still expect the price to recover to the $1.70 region, given the current situation, the short-term outlook is leaning towards a negative scenario.
