According to Mr. Dong, in recent days, due to prolonged heavy rains, some rice fields in Quynh Ngoc 2 village have been flooded. Many of the people's rice fields have ripened but have not been harvested yet. Upon receiving the news, 30 officers and soldiers of Ea Na Commune Police, grassroots security forces and 20 youth union members in the commune quickly went to the fields to harvest the rice, transporting it to shore in time, limiting damage caused by floods.

The rice was ready to be harvested when the flood water came and caused flooding.

Ms. Dang Thanh Thuy (residing in Quynh Ngoc 2 village, Ea Na commune) said that heavy rains for many days in a row caused the water level of the Krong Ana river to rise, flooding her family's rice fields. Since there was no one at home, Ms. Thuy did not know how to save the ripe rice fields. Fortunately, the commune police officers and union members arrived in time to help Ms. Thuy and the people harvest the rice.
