Da Nang sets up working group to remove difficulties for series of real estate projects

DNO - The People's Committee of Da Nang City has established a working group to remove difficulties for real estate projects invested by Bach Dat An, Dana Homeland and Chi Thanh.

The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued Decision No. 1198/QD-UBND on the establishment of a specialized working group to remove obstacles and speed up the progress of projects invested by Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company, Dana Homeland Urban Investment and Development Joint Stock Company and Chi Thanh Company Limited.

The working group is headed by Mr. Tran Nam Hung, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee. The Director of the Department of Finance serves as Deputy Head, with members being leaders of relevant departments and branches.

The core task of the Team is to inspect and review to resolve existing problems and difficulties in a series of specific projects. For Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company, the projects are: Bach Dat Urban Area, 7B Urban Area Expansion and Hera Complex Riverside Urban Area. For Dana Homeland Urban Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, the Homeland Paraside Village Urban Area project, and for Chi Thanh Company Limited, the Urban Area No. 11 project.

These are all real estate projects that have been stalled and have encountered prolonged problems, directly affecting the interests of many customers and investors.
