Speaking at the conference, Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc Lam, Deputy Director of Dong Nai Provincial Department of Health, acknowledged the efforts and positive results of grassroots health units in recent times, and requested the units to focus on synchronously implementing tasks, striving to comprehensively complete the goals set in 2025, especially the national target programs on nutrition, population and reproductive health.

Units need to proactively resolve difficulties at the grassroots level; in which, unit directors are responsible for reviewing and developing specific and detailed plans on training targets and needs. On that basis, the Department of Health will organize and coordinate appropriate training courses to meet practical requirements. Regarding finance, units need to allocate reasonably and disburse funds on schedule according to the approved plan, ensuring efficiency and timeliness in professional work.
