Famous TikToker Linh Remi once attracted the attention of the online community when she shared a photo of herself holding a handbag with a design identical to a bag of chips at a Balenciaga store.
This unique accessory model, called "Chips Bag", created a buzz at Paris Fashion Week Spring - Summer 2023 (France), marking a surprise collaboration between famous fashion house Balenciaga and snack brand Lay's.

The “Chips Bag” model costs between $1,500 and $1,800, with many color versions corresponding to flavors such as Classic (yellow), Flamin' Hot (red), Limón (green) and Salt & Vinegar (blue).
Instead of being made from plastic or foil like conventional packaging, the bags are crafted from premium glossy calfskin with a metallic silver lining. The design faithfully recreates the look of a bag of chips, while also featuring the full Balenciaga logo, nutritional information panel, and details that mimic real packaging.

With its meticulous finishing, this unique handbag is considered a "premium" version of a familiar snack. In fact, a real bag of Lay's potato chips only costs about $4 (about 104,000 VND).
