At the conference, after hearing general information about the socio -economic development situation and the situation after the organizational restructuring, voters raised many recommendations related to difficult land areas.
It is said that many planning projects that have been suspended for many years without implementation have affected the procedures for people, especially related to land use right certificates located in suspended planning areas.

Many voters complained that the construction of sidewalks on roads in Thu Dau Mot ward has affected people's businesses, because voters said that the construction unit did not work continuously, and in many places they dug up and left it there.
Voters proposed to speed up the construction of key projects to reduce traffic congestion during rush hours and ensure good traffic flow for local people. Some opinions suggested that more investment policies should be proposed for health and education .

Regarding the new policies and regulations when implementing local government, many issues related to tax procedures, procedures for granting and changing certificates and assets attached to land have been raised by the people. In addition, many voters also raised issues about food hygiene and safety, environmental hygiene, etc.

Earlier, in the morning of the same day, at the Phu Loi Ward People's Committee Hall, the delegation of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council met with voters and recorded more than 20 opinions and recommendations such as: The 2-level local government apparatus has been implemented for more than a month and has brought many benefits to people's lives. However, currently, the staff and civil servants are holding many concurrent jobs, so the authorities at all levels need to have additional allowances to create an enthusiastic mentality, and at the same time, there needs to be a timely reward system for dynamic, creative, daring and effective civil servants to bring practical results to the new apparatus.
Voters proposed to expand the public areas that do not require construction permits; issues related to administrative procedures after the merger; issues of land management, household registration, land tax, household registration, health care for the elderly and children, etc.
Speaking to voters of Phu Loi Ward and Thu Dau Mot Ward, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council Vo Van Minh thanked voters for sending many heartfelt recommendations to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council Delegation. Each voter's opinion is a valuable contribution to the policy planning and supervision process of the functional sector.
According to him, the responsibility of the HCMC People's Council delegates is to be close to the people, understand the people, accompany the people, from listening, accepting to closely following the progress of handling and thoroughly resolving the recommendations of the voters, worthy of the role of elected representatives of the people.
