High tide warning bulletin from September 10 - 14, 2025.

The highest daily tide forecast at Ganh Hao Hydrological Station is generally at alert level 3 (2.20m); this is a high tide with strong intensity and quite large tidal amplitude. There is a risk of flooding and landslides in low-lying areas, areas outside the dike, along rivers, along the coast... especially areas that bear heavy loads and are vulnerable.

To proactively respond to high tides, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee proposed:

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; provincial departments, branches and sectors and People's Committees of communes and wards, according to their assigned functions and tasks, closely monitor the situation, promptly inform and propagate so that people know about the developments and level of impact of high tides, thereby proactively taking appropriate response measures and minimizing damage.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment directs its affiliated units to coordinate with local authorities to operate properly and effectively the system of culverts, dams, and pumping stations to protect production; directs the strengthening of patrols and inspections of sea dykes and vulnerable areas, promptly detecting and handling incidents.

The Department of Construction shall preside over and coordinate with the People's Committees of communes, wards and relevant units to inspect and review damaged and flooded road sections and manhole covers, proactively take preventive measures, provide guidance and warnings to traffic participants to avoid accidents and ensure traffic safety for people.

The Provincial Hydrometeorological Station will strengthen the work of monitoring, forecasting and warning of natural disasters in general and high tides in particular in the coming time, promptly sending them to the Provincial Civil Defense Command and departments, branches, sectors and localities to serve the direction and response work, ensuring timeliness and effectiveness.

The People's Committees of communes and wards urgently direct the implementation of flood response work in the locality; at the same time, closely coordinate with the functional branches of the province in flood response work. In case of damage caused by flood, proactively organize visits, encourage and mobilize forces to help people overcome the damage; at the same time, effectively and promptly use resources to overcome the consequences of natural disasters according to regulations. Quickly report the situation of damage, difficulties and problems (if any) to the Office of the Provincial Disaster Prevention Command (Irrigation Sub-Department) for synthesis, thereby promptly advising the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Civil Defense Command for direction and handling.
