The Fine Arts Award is an annual activity of the Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Association to encourage the spirit of creative work of authors and to honor outstanding works using materials in the field of fine arts.
The 2025 Silk Painting Award aims to honor and promote the strengths of traditional materials in the activities of the Painting industry. The Fine Arts Award for Silk Painting is to encourage the spirit of creative work with traditional materials that have been lost for a while. Now, with the attention of those who love this material, they have created and renewed this art form through technical processing and contributed significantly to exhibitions in recent years.

The award ceremony aims to appreciate outstanding works in terms of quality and content through rankings according to the 2025 action plan. There were 163 paintings submitted by 116 authors, and through the first round, the Council selected 114 paintings by 89 authors to display in the exhibition.

| Three works were awarded encouragement prizes. |
The Organizing Committee selected 7 works in the Silk Painting Exhibition to award the 2025 Fine Arts Prize, including the first prize for the painting Em/me by Le Thi Que Huong. The second prize went to the painting Tre mang by Tran Lu Thanh Thanh, the painting Chang twilight by Vu Tran Anh Nguyen and the painting Chinty by Le Thi Anh Yen, and the third prize. 3 consolation prizes were awarded to the works Hanh phuc ngu phu by Huynh Thi Kim Tien, Du am nhac by Pham Long Thuy Truc and An impress phuong Nam by Nguyen Dang Khoat.
