Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai inspects preparations for the Provincial Party Congress

On the afternoon of September 15, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai inspected the Provincial Convention Center - the venue for the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. On this occasion, the Provincial Party Secretary also inspected the progress of the Dam Doi - Cai Nuoc - Cha La Victory Historical Site Project and visited officials and civil servants of Tran Phan commune.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai inspected the facilities at the Provincial Convention Center (An Xuyen Ward), where the congress will be held. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that it has surveyed and planned the decoration and arrangement inside and outside the hall to prepare for the congress.

After the inspection, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai directed: The Provincial People's Committee must establish an inspection team to thoroughly review the facilities at the congress venue. Two weeks before the congress, the Provincial Party Committee leaders will conduct another general inspection to ensure there are no errors and create the most favorable conditions for delegates to attend the congress.

The Provincial Party Secretary suggested that there should be a plan to decorate the front and inside of the hall to create a lively atmosphere for the congress; review the sound and lighting systems; replace any equipment that is not up to standard; arrange large-screen TVs for delegates to easily follow. In the long term, build and repair the Provincial Convention Center in a modern direction to serve major events of the province.

After inspecting and surveying the congress venue, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai inspected the construction progress of items and conditions for the inauguration of the Dam Doi - Cai Nuoc - Cha La Victory Historical Site Construction Project.

The project has a total investment of more than 106 billion VND, including items: Victory Monument, martyrs' stele, traditional house... with an area of ​​about 03 hectares. The relic space ensures the organization of educational , cultural, sightseeing and experiential activities. To date, the project has been basically completed and will be inaugurated to welcome the congress in early October 2025.
Through the survey, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai hopes that this will be a place to educate the young generation of the province about traditions and create more space for entertainment, physical education and sports for local people.

On this occasion, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai visited and encouraged the officials and civil servants of Tran Phan commune. During the visit, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai shared the difficulties that the commune is facing when operating the 2-level local government apparatus; at the same time, he affirmed that the provincial leaders will create all conditions to remove difficulties and obstacles so that Tran Phan commune in particular and communes and wards in the province in general can operate effectively in the coming time.
