Agribank Son Dong Branch donates 30 bicycles to poor students

BAC NINH - On the morning of September 5, the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) Son Dong Branch, Bac Giang II organized a bicycle donation ceremony for 30 disadvantaged students in the communes of An Lac, Dai Son, and Tay Yen Tu.

During the opening ceremony at the schools, representatives of the Agribank Son Dong Branch presented 30 bicycles to 30 students in difficult circumstances. Of which, An Lac commune received 10 bicycles, Dai Son commune received 10 bicycles, Tay Yen Tu commune received 10 bicycles. The total value of the gifts was over 50 million VND, taken from the unit's social security fund and mobilized bank staff to donate.

Representative of Agribank Son Dong Branch presented bicycles to disadvantaged students at An Lac Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities.

In addition, Agribank Son Dong Branch also supported 32 schools in 8 communes of Son Dong district (old) with makets to decorate the opening ceremony of the new school year.

The program demonstrates the companionship of Agribank Son Dong branch in working with the commune authorities in social security work, contributing to supporting poor and near-poor students to go to school, creating more motivation for them to strive to study.

This is a meaningful activity to welcome the new school year 2025-2026, and at the same time demonstrates the spirit of "mutual love and support" and community responsibility of the staff of Agribank Son Dong Branch towards the cause of education .
