The Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project is nearly 160km long with a total investment of about VND120,413 billion, divided into 10 component projects.
Of which, the section in Tay Ninh province includes 3 component projects, passing through 15 communes with a length of about 78.3km including a 3.8km section through Ho Chi Minh City.
Recently, Tay Ninh province has been focusing on implementing topographic and geological surveys; setting up stakes for site clearance and planning for resettlement areas. According to the plan, relevant departments, sectors and localities will organize compensation and site clearance in October 2026, and organize contractor selection in July 2026.
The section through Ben Luc commune, Tay Ninh province is about 4km long, with a clearance area of 74.5m.
According to information from the People's Committee of Ben Luc commune, through inspection, recently many cases of people illegally building on agricultural land, erecting fences, planting perennial trees, crops or temporary structures within the planning area have been discovered.
The Commune People's Committee has drawn up a record and resolutely handled the case in accordance with legal regulations, and at the same time advised households not to carry out illegal construction or farming activities to avoid being handled and not being compensated when the State reclaims the land.
The commune government also requested people to cooperate with the authorities in site clearance work, ensuring legal rights. Violations will be strictly handled according to regulations.
Ben Luc Commune People's Committee emphasized: The Ring Road 4 project is a national key project, of great significance to socio -economic development and ensuring traffic safety. Therefore, households need to strictly comply with the policy, not transport or take soil outside the planned area.
