Creative teaching lessons
Each lesson of teacher Nguyen Thi Le - Teacher of Long Xa Primary and Secondary School brings excitement and anticipation to the students. She has exploited the convenience of the Internet, applied AI to the lesson by integrating pictures and animations to increase the liveliness and appeal of the lesson. With the characteristics of primary school age, students will easily absorb knowledge through vivid visual images, or game activities, and group work. The classroom atmosphere is therefore more exciting and positive, creating joy in learning and discovering knowledge.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Le shared that digital transformation in teaching has become an inevitable requirement for teachers today, especially when implementing the 2018 General Education Program. In addition to hard-copy textbooks, teachers need to exploit electronic learning resources, based on the required skills of the lesson to design lectures and learning activities suitable for students. Therefore, each lesson plan prepared by Ms. Le has a creative and innovative mark, not repetitive.

Teacher Nguyen Thi Phuong Mai - Teacher of Hung Tan Primary School, Hung Nguyen also shares the same opinion, saying that digital transformation in teaching starts from the daily professional work of teachers such as: Preparing electronic lesson plans, sharing and exploiting electronic lectures... Building lesson plans with images and clips related to reality, suitable for the lesson. Thereby, helping students apply lesson knowledge to solve problems that occur in practice, suitable for their age and ability. Digital transformation on the one hand contributes to improving teaching efficiency, and at the same time is also a motivation and solution for teachers to improve their qualifications, innovate teaching methods and forms.
Ms. Pham Thi Huong - Principal of Town 2 Primary School, Van An Commune (Nghe An) also said that all teachers at the school have applied AI in their teaching. Previously, in January 2025, the school boldly registered to teach the AI application workshop organized by the Department of Education and Training of Nam Dan District (old). Thereby, teachers learned how to apply information technology and artificial intelligence in preparing lesson plans, designing lessons, organizing educational activities, experiences, and games for students. Up to now, 100% of teachers have prepared lesson plans proficiently on computers and applied information technology smoothly in teaching.
On the part of the school board, the management of records and books of staff and teachers has been simplified by information technology. The data of the education sector has been updated into the software system, helping managers to manage conveniently without cumbersome bookkeeping. According to Ms. Pham Thi Huong, this is an innovative solution in teaching and educational management of the school, and is in line with Resolution 71 of the Politburo that has just been issued.
Promoting teachers' digital literacy
Ms. Pham Thi Huong said that she has carefully studied Resolution 71 on breakthrough solutions for education and training of the Politburo, and also regularly follows and reads articles related to this decision. The Resolution is an important milestone for teachers and schools. The treatment regimes, salary policies, and allowances for teachers have been raised, creating a support and confidence for teachers to strive and dedicate themselves to their profession. However, along with that, teachers also need to transform themselves. The school's board of directors has high requirements for teachers in self-studying English, IT, and applying technology in teaching.

“I myself graduated from pedagogy, have worked in education for 30 years but am still actively studying English, IT... I study not to teach students, but to serve my work, professional requirements and to set an example of self-study for teachers” - the principal of Primary School Town 2, Van An Commune, Nghe An shared.
Mr. Nguyen Thai Quang - Principal of Ly Nhat Quang Secondary School (Do Luong Commune, Nghe An) expressed his joy and excitement when education received special attention and top priority from the Party and State leaders with specific policies. The Resolution affirms that people are the center, teachers are the decisive driving force. Ethical values, life skills, career guidance, bilingual teaching and popularizing the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence in teaching and learning are considered essential requirements.
Ly Nhat Quang Secondary School is a key, high-quality school, ranked among the top in Nghe An province. Every year, the school has many students achieving high results in provincial excellent student competitions, entrance exams for grade 10, and entrance exams for Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted. The school's teachers always identify improving professional and technical capacity as essential, first of all to meet the needs of learners, then to innovate and improve the quality of education.
Entering the new school year 2025 - 2026, Ly Nhat Quang Secondary School (Do Luong Commune, Nghe An) officially switched to using new facilities. The new school has a total value of nearly 70 billion VND with full classrooms, functional rooms, playgrounds... on an area of nearly 2 hectares. Mr. Nguyen Thai Quang - Principal shared that the school is fortunate to have the local government create favorable conditions and pay attention to investing in facilities. The spacious school with full functional rooms from English, Information Technology, Music... will help students study in a modern educational environment, meeting the requirements of the 2018 General Education Program. This is also the basis for the school's staff and teachers to be determined to implement Resolution 71 into teaching practice.
Mr. Thai Van Thanh - Director of Nghe An Department of Education and Training commented that the issuance of Resolution 71-NQ/TW has created joy and excitement for teachers across the country. In the Resolution, there are many strong, superior and outstanding policies with breakthroughs. With these superior policies, I also believe that the education sector also needs to uphold its responsibility towards the Party and the State, towards the people. Teachers must promote autonomy, creativity, dedication, and devotion to the cause of educating people.
