Mr. Pham Duc Phuoc, Principal of Ly Tu Trong Pedagogical Practice Secondary School ( Kon Tum , Quang Ngai) said that Resolution 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo sets out many important strategic directions. The Resolution creates a favorable legal environment, mechanism and resources for the school to develop. In addition, the school has the conditions to increase autonomy in curriculum development and teaching organization, thereby being more flexible in innovating advanced teaching models and methods.
According to Mr. Phuoc, Resolution 71-NQ/TW with the policy of prioritizing investment resources for education , especially in digital transformation, helps schools to upgrade infrastructure and modern equipment such as smart classrooms, online learning, STEM systems. The Resolution also encourages open and flexible educational models, enhancing international cooperation. Thereby, creating opportunities for schools to expand exchange and learning programs, helping students practice English, communicate with native speakers in "borderless" lessons.
In particular, Resolution 71-NQ/TW considers teachers as the central subject of reform, providing much motivation and support. The new policy aims to enhance their status, ensure appropriate remuneration, encourage teachers to work with peace of mind, stay long-term and have conditions for sustainable career development. At the same time, the teaching staff is supported to comprehensively train and retrain in expertise, new pedagogical skills, innovate teaching methods towards developing students' capacity, applying technology and STEM education. In addition, teachers are also given more autonomy in designing lessons, choosing teaching content suitable for students, contributing to promoting creativity and improving teaching effectiveness.
Students – The Center of Innovation

Along with teachers, students are also at the center of innovation. Resolution 71-NQ/TW aims to streamline, differentiate, and flexibly program, creating conditions for students to develop according to their abilities and strengths, avoiding the pressure of cramming. Through new educational models such as STEM, experience, and career guidance, students are equipped with life skills, practical thinking, problem-solving skills, linking learning with practice, and learning to master life. Policies on digital transformation of education, enhancing foreign languages, online learning, and international exchanges also help students access a modern learning environment, integrating early with the world .
Mr. Pham Duc Phuoc is satisfied with the group of solutions on “Improving the capacity of teachers and educational managers”. According to him, building a team of teachers with good qualities, capacity, and innovative pedagogical methods is the key to the success of all educational reforms.
According to Mr. Phuoc, Ly Tu Trong Pedagogical Practice Secondary School is a pedagogical practice facility under the Department of Education and Training of Quang Ngai. In addition, Ly Tu Trong Pedagogical Practice Secondary School also pays special attention to equity in access to education, leaving no student behind. Extracurricular programs and activities aimed at students in disadvantaged areas such as in Dak Kia village (formerly Doan Ket commune, Kon Tum), and donating a library to Ngoc Linh commune (formerly Dak Glei district, Kon Tum) are concrete evidence of this humanitarian spirit.
