Tay Hoa: determined to popularize digital skills in the 100 peak days of "Digital Literacy for All"

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chairman of Tay Hoa Commune People's Committee Le Van Muoi emphasized: it is necessary to widely deploy the movement "Digital Education for the People", creating a breakthrough change in awareness and digital skills of officials and people in the whole commune, accelerating the digital transformation process according to the 10 goals set by the Provincial People's Committee, contributing to building digital government, digital economy and digital society.

It is known that the 100-day peak campaign "Digital literacy" of Tay Hoa commune will be divided into 3 main stages: Launch (August 7 - August 12, 2025); Peak implementation (August 13 - October 15, 2025) and Summary and dissemination (October 16 - October 25, 2025). The campaign sets 10 key goals, notably: 80% of cadres, civil servants and public employees are trained in digital knowledge and skills; 100% of high school students are trained in safe and creative digital skills; 80% of adults access information, use essential digital platforms and services; 70% of people meet the standards for universalizing digital skills on the VneID platform; develop digital skills for the workforce in enterprises and cooperatives; Install the application "Dak Lak Number" for more than 2000 people, register digital signature via VneID...

At the ceremony, Tay Hoa commune announced the decision to establish a Steering Committee for Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation Development; Rapid Response Support Team; and Community Digital Technology Teams in Villages. The 100-day peak campaign of “Digital Literacy for All” in Tay Hoa commune in particular and Dak Lak province in general is a specific activity to fully, promptly and effectively implement tasks and solutions for science, technology development, innovation and digital transformation under the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee. The campaign contributes to creating a strong change in the awareness and actions of the political system and the whole society about the role and significance of digital transformation, as well as improving the dissemination of digital skills.
