Son Heung-min made his fourth consecutive start since joining LAFC.

At Levi's Stadium (California), Son Heung-min made a difference right from the start of the match. Just 53 seconds into the match, Son Heung-min calmly scored the opening goal. This goal made the Korean striker enter LAFC history, becoming the third fastest scorer in the club's history.

Previously, Cristian Arango (20 seconds) and Mateusz Bogusz (34 seconds) were the fastest scorers in LAFC history. This was also "Sonny's" second goal in MLS, continuing to affirm his influence in the new shirt.

Normally, San Jose Earthquakes play at PayPal Stadium with a capacity of 18,000, but the appearance of Son Heung-min caused the organizers to move the match to Levi's Stadium with a capacity of 68,500 seats to accommodate the large audience.

Although the upper stands were not completely full, around 45,000 fans were present, which still showed the influence of the former Tottenham star in MLS. Besides Son, Dennis Buanga was another star of LAFC who shined with a hat-trick, sinking the home team San Jose.

The win keeps LAFC in the hunt for the top spot in the MLS Western Conference, and caps off an impressive day for Son Heung-min, who is in fine form and has been exciting fans in the US.
