The material and spiritual life of the people is increasingly improved; rural infrastructure is invested in a spacious and synchronous manner, creating a driving force for socio -economic development, forming prosperous and livable countrysides .

Up to now, the whole province has 43/55 communes meeting the NTM standards, including 3 communes meeting the advanced NTM standards and 1 model NTM commune. From that achievement, the appearance of Ca Mau's countryside has changed dramatically, appearing with straight roads, solid bridges, fields, and simple but bright and beautiful villages, full of new vitality.

In order to continue promoting the results achieved over the past years, creating a strong change in awareness and action of relevant sectors, levels, collectives and individuals in focusing on accelerating progress and contributing to the successful completion of national target programs, last August, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee launched an emulation movement to implement national target programs in Ca Mau province in 2025, in order to promptly discover and replicate new models and good practices in building new rural areas; creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere among agencies, units and localities when implementing national target programs in the province.
