Taken by her mother to the exhibition "95 years of the Party Flag lighting the way", Do Phuong Linh, a student of class 2B, Nguyen Ba Ngoc Primary School (Hoan Kiem ward, Hanoi ) expressed her excitement when she had the chance to explore the interactive mapping book.

"This book is different from the books I have read before. The size of the book is quite large. Each page is like a projection screen with eye-catching effects and moving images. If we learn history through these interactive books, we will absorb knowledge more easily and the lessons will become more interesting," Phuong Linh shared.

According to Ms. Dong Thi Thu Phuong, mother of student Do Phuong Linh, taking her child to the National Achievements Exhibition "80 years of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" with the hope that her child can discover more interesting products and models in various fields. In the general exhibition space, the Exhibition "95 years of the Party Flag lighting the way" is considered an impressive highlight. Here, viewers will have a better understanding of the Party's history and the country's development stages.

"I often tell my children that learning about history and loving the history of the nation is also a manifestation of patriotism. Living in peacetime, children must be grateful to those who have contributed to building and protecting the Fatherland and cherish what they have," said Thu Phuong.

Ms. Dong Thi Thu Phuong also believes that teaching history through new activities such as experiencing interactive books will help arouse children's curiosity and self-learning spirit.

"You may not fully understand the content of the Party's history when reading it, but the images and movements in the book will arouse your curiosity. Starting with explaining familiar images and symbols such as doves, the red flag with yellow star... you will better understand the meaning of freedom and peace," Ms. Phuong added.

At the exhibition space "95 years of the Party Flag lighting the way", viewers can access interactive mapping books with content about 13 Party Congresses summarized briefly and presented in a visual form. With just a touch and slide, each important historical milestone of the Party through the periods will be recreated concisely, scientifically, and easily understood.

Nguyen Hai Lan (second from left) commented that the application of technology in interactive books has increased the experience for readers.

Nguyen Hai Lan, a young graduate of International Business (Foreign Trade University) said that currently, in Vietnam, interactive books are still a fairly new form of information transmission.

"It can be seen that the interactive books in this exhibition have applied technology well to enhance the experience for readers. Thanks to that, documents and materials that seem dry become extremely close. Numbers and historical events also seem to know how to 'move'. And GenZ is very interested in interactive activities and information learning in this new form," Hai Lan shared with reporters.

According to Nguyen Hai Lan, cultural events such as organizing art performances, exhibitions, making films... bring great propaganda effects to the public, especially young people.

"Culture is the connecting thread, helping the information to be conveyed become softer and more pervasive. Hopefully, in the coming time, there will be more and more exhibitions, art programs... introduced to the public," Hai Lan added.

Mr. Le Van Tho experiences interactive mapping books at the Exhibition "95 years of the Party Flag lighting the way".

Visiting the exhibition "95 years of the Party Flag lighting the way" with his son, Mr. Le Van Tho, 82 years old, shared that each section of the exhibition reminded him of his comrades and the years on the battlefield. During the resistance war against the US, Mr. Le Van Tho was a soldier serving in logistics on the Ho Chi Minh trail.

"Reading the book and looking at the images of our army and people, I was very moved when I remembered the moment when all forces united to fight to liberate the country, under the wise leadership of the Party. All the content about the 13 Party Congresses is concisely presented through the interactive book. Opening this book, I have the opportunity to look back at the milestones that the Vietnamese people have achieved over the past 80 years," said Mr. Le Van Tho.

With more than 300 official documentary images, of which nearly 100 are presented in infographic form, the book series recreates the 95-year history of the Communist Party of Vietnam, with historical milestones, key tasks, major policies and turning-point decisions, closely linked to each step forward of the entire nation, in a seamless, vivid and impressive way.
