On August 14, HorecFex Vietnam and the Vietnam Hotel Association, in collaboration with Ariyana Danang International Convention Palace, held a press conference to announce the HorecFex 2025 event - Exhibition and Forum on technology and innovation in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant and Catering/Coffee) industry in Danang city from August 26 to 27.
According to the Organizing Committee, the event is an opportunity to update the latest trends in technology and market as well as urgent issues to improve competitiveness and develop sustainable management and operations for businesses in the HORECA industry (Hotels, Restaurants and Catering/Coffee Services).
HorecFex Vietnam 2025 is expected to have the participation of more than 3,500 guests, more than 80 booths, gathering more than 90 domestic and international speakers with the support of more than 500 hotels, restaurants and leading businesses in the restaurant, hotel and tourism services industry.
HorecFex Vietnam 2025 is a place where solutions, technologies and leading trends in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant and Catering/Coffee) industry converge. Here, managers, businesses and experts in the hotel, restaurant, food service and technology industries will discuss and seek solutions to improve service quality, innovate and create to solve management and operation problems in the context of Da Nang after expansion.
During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to directly interact with advanced robotic solutions being applied in the hotel, restaurant and tourism industries. Leading technology companies in this field will bring products such as Service Robots, Reception Robots, Unitree Dog Robots, Meta VR Glasses, etc. to help save costs and optimize operational processes.
The program will include many activities with discussion sessions analyzing the hotel industry market overview, exploiting the untapped potential of MICE Tourism (meetings, incentives, conferences), and in-depth forums on strategies in the CEO Summit.
A series of conferences on sustainable development, including: Certification of Sustainable Tourism in Vietnam; discussion on leadership and human resources; Workshop on effective restaurant business development; Exchange session with Danang Finance & Accounting Association; Workshop on mastering new technology applied in the industry.
The highlight is the launching ceremony of the project “Vietnam – The World’s Culinary Capital”, marking the transformation of the Vietnamese culinary industry. The seminar on optimizing the culinary and restaurant industry will provide solutions to improve service quality and business efficiency in the culinary industry.
Speaking at the press conference, Mr. Nguyen Duc Quynh - Chairman of HorecFex Vietnam and Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Hotel Association shared: “HorecFex 2025 is not only an opportunity to introduce the most advanced trends and technologies, but also an essential forum to help hotel and tourism businesses update knowledge, expand connections and find solutions to improve competitiveness in the context of a rapidly changing market.”
According to the Organizing Committee, the number of hotels in Da Nang has now reached more than 2,000, with an estimated room capacity of 100,000 room nights. This is a very large scale, requiring streamlined and efficient management and operation capacity. Therefore, the application of advanced technology has become a vital factor to optimize resources and maintain competitive advantage./.
