Training conference on applying artificial intelligence (AI) in party agencies

Implementing Plan No. 169-KH/VPTW, dated August 25, 2025 of the Central Party Office on organizing training conferences on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) for cadres of Party committees and Party agencies. From September 9 to 12, 2025, at the meeting room on the 8th floor of the Provincial Party Committee Headquarters, the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee Office coordinated with the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee and the affiliated Party Committees to organize 02 training conferences on the application of artificial intelligence in Party agencies online from the Central bridge to 56 Party Committees of wards and communes.

Attending the conference at the connecting points in Cao Bang province were members of the Standing Committee, leaders of the Party Building Committees, Inspection Committees, affiliated Party Committees and more than 750 cadres, civil servants and public employees in the entire Provincial Party Committee.

At the conference, delegates listened to experts from the University of Technology - Vietnam National University , Hanoi and the Institute of Technology Application present a topic on Overview of artificial intelligence, development trends and applications in management and operation; Introduce some AI platforms and tools to support staff work, synthesis, management of documents, party member data, online reporting; Guide to exploiting virtual assistant features, big data analysis, voice and image recognition tools to serve propaganda, monitoring and grasping public opinion; Practice experience on the AI ​​virtual assistant system exclusively for cadres of Cao Bang Provincial Party agencies, supporting information search, looking up directive documents, professional guidance... Through the training conference, the team of cadres and civil servants of Party agencies in the province were updated with knowledge, trained in skills to exploit AI tools in staff work, serving the activities of Party committees at all levels in daily leadership and direction.

Overview of the second training course (from September 11, 2025 to September 12, 2025).

Through the conference, the staff and civil servants of Party agencies in the province were updated with knowledge and improved their skills in applying AI to staff work, effectively serving the leadership and direction of Party committees. Delegates highly appreciated the practicality and intuitiveness of AI applications, and proposed that the Central Party Office and the Provincial Party Committee continue to pay attention to investing in technology infrastructure, maintaining the application of AI virtual assistants, and strengthening training to improve the capacity and qualifications of all levels of cadres and civil servants of Party agencies at all levels to effectively implement Plan No. 462-KH/TU dated May 14, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee on digital transformation in Party agencies, period 2025 - 2028, contributing to the successful implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
