On the morning of August 22, Bac Ha commune held a training conference to update information on the socio-economic situation and a dialogue between the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee and managers, teachers, and staff of the education sector in 2025.

Attending and directing the conference were comrade Nguyen Duy Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Bac Ha commune, along with nearly 200 managers, teachers and staff representing 22 schools in the commune.

Specifically, with 5 main contents including: results of the term 2020 - 2025; Bac Ha's aspirations in the term 2025 - 2030; from the Congress resolution to the action program; the mission of the education and training sector with the teaching staff and some contents on the ideology and ethics of cadres and teachers in the new situation...

Party Secretary Nguyen Duy Hoa thoroughly grasped and deployed a number of topics at the conference.

In the 2024-2025 school year, units have proactively thoroughly grasped the viewpoints and effectively organized the implementation of the Party's directives and resolutions; attention has been paid to political and ideological education , ethics, lifestyle, and teacher style; propaganda, dissemination, and legal education for teachers and students have been properly implemented; school units have built a united collective, promoted democracy, maintained order and discipline; built a safe and friendly educational environment associated with building a "Happy School"; effectively implemented the 2018 General Education Program.

As of May 31, 2025, the whole commune has 66 managers, 524 teachers, 71 employees; the rate of managers and teachers meeting and exceeding standards is 100%; the rate of party members in the whole commune is 72%. The scale of schools and classes continues to be consolidated and maintained sustainably. The whole commune has 22 schools; 26 separate locations; 285 classes; the total number of students in the commune is 8,098; the number of students is firmly maintained; attendance is stable with the average rate of the whole commune reaching 98.8%.

The commune has maintained steady results in level 2 illiteracy eradication, level 3 primary education universalization, level 2 secondary education universalization, and universal preschool education for 5-year-old and 4-year-old children. The rate of mobilizing 4-year-old children to attend school reached 99.9%.

In the 2025-2026 school year, schools will continue to strengthen the application of information technology and digital transformation in education; focus on promoting the application of information technology in management, operation, organization of teaching and learning, testing and evaluation; develop digital science and open learning materials; deploy learning management systems, school management systems, digital student records, electronic records... At the same time, focus on improving the quality of English teaching and learning, developing a foreign language environment in schools; encourage teachers to self-study, accompany students in improving their language skills...

At the conference, practical and specific opinions were given reflecting the thoughts, feelings and aspirations of teachers at schools. In addition, some opinions suggested that all levels continue to allocate funding for teachers to teach overtime in the 2025-2026 school year; purchase assets and teaching equipment to ensure teaching and learning at schools in the new school year; soon issue documents guiding the implementation of policies and regimes for students in the 2025-2026 school year; allocate funds for repairing and building schools and classrooms; reward regime according to Decree 73 of the Government, and stipulate annual periodic bonuses according to classification levels.

In addition, the opinions of managers and teachers raised at the dialogue continued to mention many issues regarding facilities, policies, teaching staff, recruitment issues, and some issues related to the policy of rewarding emulation titles...

At the conference, the commune leaders fully synthesized, analyzed, evaluated, and specifically answered the contents and issues regarding the quality of the teaching staff in the area; regarding the structure, capacity, qualifications, quantity, and allocation of the teaching staff in each school and class to overcome the situation of both surplus and shortage of human resources.

The conference to update socio-economic information and dialogue between commune leaders and education staff is an activity to raise awareness for managers, teachers and staff of schools. Through the conference, delegates are updated with new content about the local situation after implementing the 2-level local government model, as well as policies related to education, thereby building and developing the local education career.
