At the working session with the Private Economic Development Research Board (Board IV), Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that the Vietnam Private Economic Panorama Model must be implemented substantially and effectively, mobilizing the combined strength of the private sector, contributing to bringing Resolution 68 of the Politburo into life.
Implementing the direction in Conclusion No. 436 on this issue, on September 11, Committee IV held a Ceremony to announce the Vietnam Private Economic Panorama Model and introduce the Executive Council and Key Personnel of the Committees - within the framework of the first Vietnam Private Economic Panorama Program.
According to Mr. Truong Gia Binh - Head of Department IV - Vietnam Private Economic Panorama Model aims at the goal of "Public - private nation building: Strong, prosperous".
"We will promote a mechanism of working together and sharing responsibility between the private sector and state agencies in economic development. This will be a place where the intelligence, resources, and profound voices and great solutions of the private business community from large to small converge, contributing to realizing the goal of developing the private economy into the most important driving force of the economy," Mr. Binh urged.
The Head of Department IV said that the difference of the Private Economic Panorama model compared to many other programs is that it gathers the largest, most prestigious, and most standardized private business sector.
The model will operate continuously, lasting over the years, not for group interests but for the responsibility of designing and implementing comprehensive solutions for the development of the economy and of each industry and field.

Sharing at the event, Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Thuy, Director of Office IV, introduced the new values of the Private Economic Panorama model. Under the direction of the Prime Minister , Office IV was assigned to deploy the model, playing a special role as a public-private bridge, aiming to change the mindset from "everyone does it on their own" to the spirit of "public-private co-creation".
The highlight of the model is to promote new actions, ensuring the implementation of Resolution 68 brings about real results. Activities will be deployed at 3 levels: national, local, and grassroots to mobilize the participation of businesses of all sizes and in all fields.
In addition, the Prime Minister assigned Committee IV to establish the Private Economic Development Fund to support pioneering enterprises, while encouraging localities to listen, facilitate and support production and business activities.
The model also promotes the spirit of dedication to the nation, strengthens enforcement supervision, promotes public-private cooperation and provides direct advice to remove difficulties for businesses.
Another important content is the discovery and honoring of typical entrepreneurs and businesses in each industry, thereby building the private sector's trust in the "national destiny".
The Private Economic Panorama model aims to create a new growth engine according to Resolution 57, based on science and technology, innovation, digital transformation and sustainable development, while effectively connecting domestic enterprises with the global market.
Along with that is promoting the improvement of the policy and legal environment in the spirit of Resolution 66, associated with monitoring specific indicators of related resolutions. Another focus is honoring businesses and entrepreneurs with outstanding contributions to socio-economic development, science and technology and international cooperation.
Along with that, this model clearly defines the central mission of promoting the strong development of the private economic sector, contributing to the growth target and building an independent, self-reliant and sustainable economy.
The model also places itself in the role of accompanying businesses to solve national problems, build internal strength based on science and technology, innovation, digital transformation and global reach.
At the same time, providing a comprehensive view of the domestic and international context, as well as economic developments and business development, is considered the foundation for the model to effectively perform its role as a public-private bridge.
After the Panorama of Vietnam's Private Economy held in October, the four committees and working groups under the model continued their annual and consistent policy and solution design activities to work with the Government and ministries, branches and localities to implement "Public-private national construction: Strong and prosperous" as the set goal.
The Vietnam Private Economic Panorama Model is a model initiated by the Private Economic Development Research Board (Board IV), gathering the largest, most prestigious and most professional private enterprise sector.
The goal of this model is to mobilize the combined strength of the private sector to promote private economic development to become the most important driving force of the Vietnamese economy.
The model aims at the "Public-private nation building" cooperation mechanism, which means working together and sharing responsibilities between the private sector and state agencies, contributing to the implementation of the resolutions on private economic development of the Politburo and the Government.
