(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the morning of September 5, comrade Pham Nguyen Hong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa inspected and urged to speed up the construction progress of the project to restore the Trinh Palace relic site, Vinh Hung commune, former Vinh Loc district (now Bien Thuong commune); Project to preserve, restore and promote the value of Trieu Tuong Mausoleum relic site, Ha Long commune (phase 2).

Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Pham Nguyen Hong inspected the construction progress of items of the Trinh Palace Relic Site Restoration Project.

The project to restore the Trinh Palace Relic Site was approved by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 4336/QD-UBND dated October 28, 2015; the first adjustment of the investment policy in Resolution No. 211/NQ-HDND dated October 16, 2019 of the Provincial People's Council; the second adjustment of the investment policy in Resolution No. 379/NQ-HDND dated March 24, 2023; the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee approved the project adjustment in Decision No. 4490/QD-UBND dated November 28, 2023, with a total investment of VND 550 billion 730 million.

Of which, the provincial budget is 270 billion 195 million VND to invest in completing the relic construction items, compensation costs for site clearance and support 50% of resettlement infrastructure investment costs; the budget capital of Vinh Loc district (old) is 71 billion 449 million VND, taking on part of the compensation costs for site clearance and 50% of the resettlement infrastructure investment costs; socialized capital and other legally mobilized sources are 209 billion 086 million VND.

The project will start construction in April 2025. Currently, the contractor is mobilizing machinery, equipment, supplies, materials, and human resources to implement package 6, including: construction of the Reception and Festival Promotion Area, lake; stele house; gold burning house...

The project to preserve, restore and promote the value of Trieu Tuong Mausoleum and Temple Relic Site, Ha Long Commune (Phase 2) was approved by the Provincial People's Council in its investment policy in Resolution No. 165/NQ-HDND dated April 4, 2019 and approved by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 1578/QD-UBND dated May 15, 2021, with a total investment of over 453 billion 207 million VND.

Of which, the provincial budget is 236 billion 350 million VND; the Ha Trung district budget (old) is 26 billion 650 million VND; socialized capital and other legally mobilized sources are 194 billion 580 million VND to invest in renovating relic items, interiors, worship objects, works to promote the value of relics and remaining technical infrastructure.

To meet the completion schedule in 2025, the contractor is currently focusing on machinery, equipment, materials, and human resources to implement the construction of the citadel, roads, parking lots, and technical infrastructure of Trieu Tuong temple area according to plan.

Through the on-site inspection, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa, Pham Nguyen Hong, highly appreciated the units, localities and contractors in implementing the project; at the same time, pointed out the difficulties and problems that need to be focused on overcoming.

The Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism requested that localities continue to speed up the implementation of procedures for site clearance according to regulations; propagate and mobilize households to agree to continue with site clearance and resettlement of the project. At the same time, focus on mobilizing socialized funds and other legal sources so that the project can be implemented according to plan.

He requested contractors to actively coordinate with local authorities to overcome difficulties and obstacles; mobilize machinery, equipment, materials, and human resources to speed up the construction progress of project items.
