Announcement of the Construction Zoning Plan for Bac Hong Linh Industrial Park

On the morning of September 11, at Bac Hong Linh ward, the Management Board of Ha Tinh Economic Zone held a conference to announce the zoning plan for the Bac Hong Linh Industrial Park, scale 1/2,000.

The 1/2,000 scale zoning plan for the construction of Bac Hong Linh Industrial Park was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 2183 QD-UBND dated August 29, 2025, with a total research area of about 313.51 hectares in Bac Hong Linh ward.

In which: the planning area is about 269.74ha, the area for planning research on technical infrastructure connection (outside the industrial park area) is about 43.77ha. The North borders the industrial cluster and the current agricultural cultivation area of Bac Hong Linh ward; the South borders National Highway 8A and the current residential area of Bac Hong Linh ward; the East borders the agricultural cultivation area and some current public works of Bac Hong Linh ward; the West borders the agricultural cultivation area and the current residential area of Bac Hong Linh ward.

The project is planned by the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, the consulting unit is a joint venture of ACI Central Construction Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company and Viet Delta Consulting Joint Stock Company.

Bac Hong Linh Industrial Park is oriented to develop according to the model of a specialized industrial park, with investment in synchronous construction of modern technical infrastructure, with a system of service works and public utilities serving workers and laborers in the industrial park. This place is expected to attract the following industries: manufacturing of electronic products, computers, optical products; manufacturing of electrical equipment; manufacturing of machinery and equipment; manufacturing of metals; manufacturing of precast metal products...; new energy industries, clean energy, renewable energy, smart energy and paper industry.

After listening to the consultant's overview of the project, representatives of households in the affected area expressed their opinions and determination to work with the local government and investors to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. At the same time, they hoped that local children would have the opportunity to be given priority to work in the industrial park.

After the announcement ceremony, the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board will be responsible for coordinating with departments, branches and sectors to call on investors to implement the project to ensure synchronization, modernity, proactive compensation capital, and support for site clearance to ensure the best interests of people whose land is recovered according to regulations.
