At the final event, the 16 best projects had the opportunity to demonstrate and convince the judges of their practical value, creativity, sustainability-scalability and overall quality of the entry. Teams had 5 minutes to present their project, 2 minutes to ask questions of their competitors and 3 minutes to answer questions posed to them. Each team also had to point out the shortcomings and weaknesses of their competitors’ entries to gain an advantage.
In her opening speech, Ms. Nguyen Van Hien, Vice President, General Secretary of the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Assets Association (VBA), Head of the Organizing Committee of the Competition, stated that the VietChain Talents 2025 Final was held right at the time when the whole country was simultaneously looking forward to the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, and VietChain Talents wishes to contribute another voice, an activity affirming the belief in Vietnamese intelligence, with the aspiration to conquer technology, master technology and the spirit of dedication of youth.
Ms. Hien emphasized that each blockchain idea presented at the VietChain Talents Finals is not only a technological solution, but also an affirmation: Vietnamese people can completely master the digital future, standing shoulder to shoulder with the world in the new industrial revolution.

Lieutenant General Dang Vu Son, Former Head of the Government Cipher Committee, Senior Advisor to VBA, Judge of VietChain Talents Competition affirmed: “VietChain Talents 2025 is the beginning of the journey to turn startup ideas into reality, building a Vietnamese blockchain community with talented cores, joining hands with the Government Cipher Committee, VBA, 1Matrix and partners to make Vietnam a bright spot on the world blockchain technology map”.

From the perspective of a State management agency, Ms. To Thi Thu Huong, Director of the National Electronic Authentication Center, Ministry of Science and Technology , member of the Jury, shared: “In June 2025, the Ministry of Science and Technology announced 21 major problems on science, technology, innovation and digital transformation, marking an important step in implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo, opening up breakthrough opportunities for the strong development of the science and technology sector. The Blockchain field also has problems that need to be solved and VietChain Talents is one of the solutions to find solutions to major national problems”.
The 16 projects entering the final round were evaluated and voted by a jury of 24 members, from leading units in the fields of cryptography, cryptography, technology, and finance at home and abroad such as: Government Cryptography Committee, Ministry of Science and Technology, VBA, Boston Consulting Group, Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics, ABAII Institute, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Academy of Cryptography Engineering, Institute of Cryptography Science and Technology, Tether, KyberSwap, Viettel Security, AlphaTrue, Spores Network, demonstrating the most comprehensive, objective, and transparent evaluation at the highest level.
Mr. Phan Duc Trung, Chairman of VBA, Chairman of 1Matrix Company, Chairman of the Jury, emphasized that the 16 entries entering the VietChain Talents 2025 Final Round do not stop at academics, but also show the ability to be widely applied in finance, banking, healthcare, education, etc. Some solutions have received attention from businesses, opening up the prospect of developing into real products. This is proof that the young generation of Vietnam is not only quick to approach new technology, but also knows how to turn technology into useful values for society.
The contest received the support and companionship of many state management agencies such as the Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Home Affairs... along with more than 100 press and media agencies and accompanying units such as Nami Foundation, BiGod, OKX, Sotatek, Spores Network, Amnis Finance...
