The emotional performance of Sending Fire took place at the Hanoi Drama Theater on the evening of September 14, entirely performed by students (mainly from Amsterdam High School for the Gifted and some students from other specialized schools in Hanoi) from writing the script, choreographing, acting, creating props, and designing the stage.
In the general wave of patriotism and national pride rising strongly in a special year like this year, Ams Crew youth also want to contribute their efforts, showing their enthusiasm and pride in the glorious history of the country.

Young People's Reflections on War and Peace
Sending Fire tells the story of young people during the time when the country was in the throes of war. Millions of young people put down their pens and their beautiful love affairs to go to the battlefield to answer the sacred call of the Fatherland.
For the Fatherland, they fought bravely and indomitably, for love, they were completely loyal, and for their comrades, there was so much love and even torment.
Choosing to tell the story of the country spanning from the war against America to today's peace, the students of Hanoi not only bring stories of heroic fighting in the war, but also the great patriotism of young people.
There are also silent sacrifices in the rear, "pain in peace", and wounds that are difficult to heal when soldiers return home to remember their comrades who fell for the Fatherland to rise up.
What is special is that young people choose to spend a lot of time on stories from the home front, not only the street movements of students but also the beautiful stories of increasing production, fighting floods and droughts of farmers in the North.
The play thus becomes profound, leaving many emotions and surprises for the audience about today's young people who love and are proud of the heroic history of their ancestors.

General Director of Showcase 2025, Nguyen Khanh Thy, said that they have worked hard for 4 months to prepare for a meaningful program to affirm that today's young generation will continue the tradition of patriotism, preserving and promoting the precious values of their ancestors.
Writing a good, accurate, and appropriate script for audiences of all ages for young people who are fortunate enough to live in a time of peace and prosperity is a big challenge. But thanks to the consensus of more than 100 young people, mainly high school students, they have created an attractive and meaningful art program.
Performed by the Amsterdam School of Dance Club, the show is choreographed in an engaging and elaborate manner. The cooperative plowing scenes on the fields or the flood control scenes, protecting crops and villages are beautifully and movingly staged.

Music is also a strength of the play when the young people choose a rich repertoire from music by Pham Tuyen, Trinh Cong Son to Anh Tu, DTAP...
With the strength of dancing, you do not directly sing the songs but have painstakingly cut and remixed them to suit contemporary dance styles, hip hop, popping...
As for the song " Gioi Hoa Binh " (Anh Tu and Lyly) that ended the program, the young people sang it directly on stage as a message: today's generation will always be grateful, engrave in their hearts the sacrifices and contributions of those who fell for a brighter tomorrow.
Although there were still some "flaws" such as inappropriate costumes or acting segments (not the strong points of the dance club students) that were not smooth, the play surprised and made the audience admire what today's students can do.
