YouTube channel Minh Giang also emphasized that this is Vingroup's first lawsuit in the US, paving the way for similar legal actions in the future against those who spread false rumors on social networks.
In another move, immediately after the news that Vingroup's lawsuit had reached the California Superior Court in Los Angeles, Facebook account owner Hien Nguyen deleted all posts about Vingroup.
Vingroup also confirmed that the lawsuit against Hien Nguyen's account was sent by the Group on September 10.
