Vingroup filed a lawsuit against Facebook account owner Hien Nguyen (Yen Sao Yen Dan) with 409,000 followers in the California Court in Los Angeles.

On the afternoon of September 12, the YouTube channel Minh Giang - Truc Dien TV livestreamed a discussion about the lawsuit filed by Vingroup in the US against a subject named Hien Nguyen, a resident of Los Angeles.

According to information from Vingroup's lawsuit, Hien Nguyen was accused of defamation and unfair competition. According to the lawsuit, she used her personal Facebook page to post false information, such as claiming that nearly 5,000 VinGroup employees had quit their jobs due to concerns about electric vehicle safety....

Vingroup believes that these posts not only damage its reputation but are also used to attract viewers and profit from this subject's bird's nest business.

Currently, the company is asking the court to issue an order prohibiting Facebook account owner Hien Nguyen from continuing this behavior and to compensate for damages.

YouTube channel Minh Giang also emphasized that this is Vingroup's first lawsuit in the US, paving the way for similar legal actions in the future against those who spread false rumors on social networks.

In another move, immediately after the news that Vingroup's lawsuit had reached the California Superior Court in Los Angeles, Facebook account owner Hien Nguyen deleted all posts about Vingroup.

Vingroup also confirmed that the lawsuit against Hien Nguyen's account was sent by the Group on September 10.
