OpenAI announced plans to launch an AI recruiting platform called OpenAI Jobs Platform. The move comes amid concerns that OpenAI's AI could displace millions of jobs.
CEO Fidji Simo acknowledged the conflict but said the company wanted to help workers adapt. The new platform is expected to launch in mid-2026, competing directly with Microsoft's LinkedIn.
OpenAI also launched an AI certification program through OpenAI Academy to teach new skills. Walmart, one of the world's largest private employers, has agreed to partner, showing that big business is taking employee training in AI seriously. Sam Altman revealed that Simo will oversee many new applications, not just stopping at the ChatGPT chatbot.
The confrontation with LinkedIn promises to create a wave of innovation in the field of online recruitment. Dear readers, please watch more videos : AI Trash - New problem on social networks VTV24
