The training course was attended by more than 130 trainees who are cultural officials, village and hamlet chiefs, prestigious people, and cultural collaborators in mountainous communes, bringing with them the hope of renewing the face of cultural life at the grassroots level.
During the two days of September 10-11, the trainees were taught many practical topics: from the results of the National Target Program on New Rural Construction for the 2021-2025 period, orientation for the 2026-2030 period, to skills to improve the effectiveness of cultural and sports institutions in communes and villages.
Notably, the training course also introduced typical models in promoting cultural identity and fine traditions of each region, area and ethnicity; provided guidance on the application of information technology to organize activities at cultural and sports institutions; and trained professional skills in organizing mass cultural performances.
According to the assessment of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa, in recent years, the material and spiritual life and intellectual level of Thanh Hoa people have been constantly improved.
Traditional cultural values continue to be preserved and promoted, and the cultural environment is increasingly stable and healthy.
The system of grassroots cultural institutions is gradually consolidated and effectively promoted, becoming a spiritual support for the community.
This is also clearly shown in the Summary Report of the emulation movement for the period 2020-2025: the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" has brought about outstanding results, with 87.6% of households achieving cultural families, 89.7% of villages, hamlets, and residential groups achieving cultural residential areas and 20 communes, wards, and towns recognized as "typical".
In particular, 100% of villages, hamlets and neighborhoods have built and implemented village covenants and community conventions, contributing to creating cohesion, consensus and a civilized lifestyle.
From that reality, organizing training courses not only helps grassroots cultural staff update their knowledge and management methods but also adds skills to awaken community strength.
Thereby, gradually changing the appearance of cultural life in rural and mountainous areas in a progressive and civilized direction, creating a solid foundation for sustainable development of localities in Thanh Hoa province.
