Through the merger, it will promote innovation in the way press agencies operate, gain more experience and at the same time inherit the strengths of each department in the way of producing content, creating press works, applying new technology to the journalism process and interacting with audiences, listeners and readers. The new environment, with higher new requirements, those people must be flexible and multi-talented. Although there are many challenges and difficulties ahead, I believe that with the combination of experience and journalism skills of the staff, reporters, editors and technicians, the new press agency will always be united, promote intelligence, constantly innovate, be creative, and complete all tasks well.

Nowadays, the press not only reflects the flow of current events, but also acts as a driving force, integrating into that flow. Journalist Vu Thi Thanh, former Head of the Secretariat - Publishing Department of Ha Giang Newspaper shared: After nearly 20 years of working in the profession, from the time when working as a journalist, I had to proofread and edit, the time when I had to hold the printed copy compared to the original manuscript, check each word, each mark, each line break... the work at that time had to be absolutely focused so that there were no errors in the newspaper. But now, in the trend of modernization and digital transformation, journalists, regardless of their position, have "more leisurely" and can breathe easier. But now, with the merger, the operating area of ​​reporters and journalists will be under no small pressure. I believe that with the active and proactive information and propaganda in all fields, always ensuring timeliness, effectiveness and correct orientation, Tuyen Quang press will confidently enter a new era.
