From December 14, 2024 to August 15, 2025, through inspections of business establishments in the area, Market Management Team No. 3 discovered and handled 80 violations, imposed fines of more than VND 800 million, and confiscated hundreds of violating products. Thanks to this, many cases of fake milk powder, smuggled confectionery and unlabelled foreign wine have been promptly prevented, helping to protect consumers and local brands.

Strengthening market inspection and supervision, strictly handling violations according to the direction of superiors, Market Management Team No. 3 has stepped up inspection and supervision in many areas, focusing on fertilizers, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, liquefied petroleum gas, medical equipment, commodity prices and e-commerce activities. Thereby, 1 violation in the field of agricultural materials was detected, with a fine of 3 million VND; 4 violations in the field of pharmaceuticals, functional foods, medicinal herbs, with a fine of 8 million VND; 4 cases related to price regulations, with a fine of 8 million VND. In the coming time, Market Management Team No. 3 will continue to strengthen coordination with functional agencies, tighten market inspection and supervision, resolutely handle all violations, contributing to ensuring consumer rights and stabilizing the market in the area.

Along with strengthening inspection and handling of violations, Market Management Team No. 3 also actively propagates and disseminates the law to business organizations and individuals, raising awareness of compliance with regulations in trade, production and services.
