Bao Lam 3 Commune Police ( Lam Dong ) went to every alley, knocked on every door to issue and change party cards for old and weak party members with difficulty moving around in the commune.

In recent days, Bao Lam 3 Commune Police have coordinated with the local Party Committee to develop a plan to issue and replace chip-embedded party membership cards for party members. In order to ensure timely completion, officers and soldiers of the commune police have "gone to every alley, knocked on every door" to support the issuance and replacement of chip-embedded party membership cards for elderly and sick party members with difficult travel conditions.

Bao Lam 3 Commune Police came to the homes of elderly and sick party members to help them renew their party membership cards.

Currently, Bao Lam 3 commune has 724 party members, of which 22 are old, sick and have difficulty traveling and cannot directly go to the party membership card collection point. In particular, most of the party members due to age and health conditions and difficulty traveling are ethnic minorities Ma, K'Ho living in many villages far from the commune center. Many sick party members even have to be hospitalized at medical facilities.

Party member Vo Thi Hong Toan (76 years old and 56 years of Party membership) is being treated at Bao Loc Traditional Medicine Hospital and was approached by Bao Lam 3 Commune Police to help issue and replace her party membership card with an electronic chip.

Faced with that situation, Bao Lam Commune Police decided to send officers and soldiers in groups to each house and medical facility to support the collection, take photos and carry out procedures to change party membership cards.

In the whole Bao Lam 3 commune, there are 22 old and sick party members whose houses were visited by police officers and soldiers to support them in receiving and renewing their party membership cards.

Lieutenant Colonel Ta Thanh Binh, Chief of Bao Lam 3 Commune Police, said: “As of August 23, the collection and issuance of Party membership cards in the commune has reached 100%. Among them, those who are supported to issue and renew Party membership cards at home are all elderly, have difficulty moving, and live alone. We have set up mobile support teams, each team consisting of two police officers, soldiers, and Party cell secretaries to help Party members renew their Party cards right at home according to regulations.”

Officers and soldiers of Bao Lam 3 Commune Police kindly support elderly and sick party members when they come to their homes to collect information to renew their party membership cards.

For example, party member Vo Thi Hong Toan (born in 1976 and 56 years of Party membership) is currently being treated at Bao Loc Traditional Medicine Hospital (B'Lao Ward, Lam Dong Province) due to illness. When the working group of Bao Lam 3 Commune Police arrived at the hospital to assist in issuing and renewing party membership cards, Ms. Toan was very moved and said: "For many months now, due to illness, I have spent most of my time in the hospital for treatment, and have not been able to obtain information about issuing and renewing party membership cards with electronic chips. I am very happy that the police officers are interested in coming to the hospital to support the procedures for issuing and renewing party membership cards."

Party member K'Gao (83 years old, 62 years of Party membership) received support from officers and soldiers of Bao Lam 3 Commune Police to issue and renew his Party membership card.

Party member K'Gao (83 years old, 62 years in the Party) shared: "He is old, although he is still clear-minded, he has difficulty moving around. If the police officers did not come to his house to help, elderly party members with poor health like him would have had many difficulties in renewing their party membership cards. Thank you to the police comrades for always showing responsibility to us."

Up to now, 100% of party members in Bao Lam 3 commune have had their application files for electronic chip-embedded party membership cards received according to regulations.

The issuance and replacement of electronic chip-embedded party cards will centrally manage party member information, ensuring accuracy and high security. In addition, electronic cards facilitate the verification, review and update of party member data. At the same time, the card is integrated with many smart utilities, such as looking up personal information, activities, training results, political theory study, party member rights, etc. From there, party members will improve their self-awareness and transparency in the process of training and party activities.
