812 more health students receive diplomas

Can Tho University organized a graduation ceremony for students majoring in health and rewarded excellent graduates.

On July 20, Can Tho University (DNC) held a graduation ceremony for 237 doctors, 276 pharmacists, and 299 bachelors of health sciences. At the same time, it awarded more than 100 excellent graduates.

According to the school, students studying health majors at Nam Can Tho University have access to a training environment that combines in-depth theory and practical practice. The school focuses on providing students with full professional knowledge, clinical practice skills and standard professional attitudes, helping students confidently enter the working environment immediately after graduation.

According to Dr. Nguyen Van Quang, Principal of Nam Can Tho University, the school has opened the first international medical university class for nearly 100 students from many countries. The school has also signed an agreement with The Vietnam Medical Educations - India (VMED) to train international medical students; and cooperated with Wonkwang Health Science University (Korea) in the fields of medicine and education .

Nam Can Tho University currently enrolls 45 regular undergraduate majors, 8 graduate majors, 3 level I specialized majors (internal medicine, surgery, pharmacology and clinical pharmacy), 2 doctoral majors. In addition, the school also has 10 100% English training programs in the following majors: medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, nursing, information technology, automotive engineering technology, construction engineering, business administration, tourism and travel service management, multimedia communications.
