4-car accident, National Highway 5 congested

At around 6:00 p.m. on November 19, on National Highway 5, from Hanoi to Hai Phong, through Tan Truong Commune (Cam Giang District, Hai Duong Province), a series of traffic accidents occurred between 4 cars, causing local congestion. Among them were 3 trucks and 1 passenger car. Authorities and local residents gathered to help the drivers get out.

In the above area, there was local congestion from Quy Duong intersection to Quan Goi, about 5km.

Some drivers said that because vehicles did not maintain a safe distance, the accident occurred. The number of casualties is currently unknown.
