Solskjaer returns to England

However, it is also possible that Solskjaer will be at Portman Road to support Kieran McKenna, the current Ipswich Town manager. McKenna was part of Solskjaer's Manchester United coaching staff.

The pair have a good relationship since their time at Old Trafford. McKenna left Manchester United in 2021 to take charge of Ipswich Town. Solskjaer is currently unemployed after being sacked by Besiktas at the end of August, ending his short tenure at the Turkish club.
