“Superman,” the first film in the new DC Studios cinematic universe, written, directed and produced by James Gunn, will officially hit theaters worldwide on July 9. To mark the occasion, Samsung is launching a global campaign with the slogan “It's not just big. It's super big,” introducing a series of original superhero promotional video content, while spreading excitement about the film to viewers across digital platforms, retail stores and public spaces.
In London, the campaign will be rolled out through a series of Daily Planet-themed newsstands, featuring Clark Kent (Superman) at busy locations such as The Shard and Kings Cross Station.
Fans can also receive limited edition Superman-themed items, exclusive gifts, and participate in a global social media challenge by sharing event photos or videos for a chance to win “super big” prizes, including a 98-inch Samsung TV.
Samsung’s ultra-large TV lineup includes 98-inch, 100-inch, and 115-inch options in the Neo QLED and Crystal UHD lines. With super-large screens, sharp picture quality, and enhanced AI technology that delivers smoother images and deeper contrast, Samsung aims to take the home entertainment experience to the next level.

In addition, Samsung Art Store, the leading digital art platform on Samsung Art TVs, also introduces the Superman digital art collection featuring 10 works from DC Comics, free to users from July 1 to August 31. The collection is available on The Frame series as well as 2025 QLED and Neo QLED TV models, bringing Superman's heroic legacy to the living space and opening up a whole new way to enjoy Superman-inspired art.
In Asia, interactive activities will be held at major shopping malls, including Malaysia, Vietnam and Korea, where fans can explore Superman-themed photobooths, immersive pop-up displays and hands-on product experiences.
“Samsung is committed to providing richer and more meaningful entertainment experiences for our consumers,” said Hun Lee, Executive Vice President of Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics. “Through our collaborations with leading studios and creators, we continue to help consumers connect more deeply with the stories and characters they love, whether at the cinema or in their own homes.”
