“In the past, people were somewhat reserved, but now they are more proactive in responding to common activities. During the days when parishioners go to church, I also take the opportunity to propagate and explain clearly the significance of the upcoming Commune Party Congress. This is an important political event of the locality, of historical significance, especially in the context of operating a two-level local government.

In response with concrete actions, I mobilized parishioners to clean up the environment, church grounds, and renovate residential areas as a way to show their consensus and trust in the new development path of the commune," Mr. Duong shared.
